As a Customer Service Coordinator/Supervisor, some of your job responsibilities will include responding to customer requests in a timely manner, proactively address and trouble shoot customer issues, build cooperation between other departments and work groups, follow through on commitments and agreements, apply technical, industry and product expertise to increase efficiency and developing written communication that is clear and concise.

Past operational experience or equivalent education experience is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services is required.
