Spire is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work out of the St. Louis, MO location. The ideal candidate should have:
* Associate Degree
* Advanced knowledge working in a Windows system; Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Minium three (3) years administrative support and/or coordinator experience
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Duties and Responsibilities

* Continuous communication and follow-up with, candidates, specialist, and vendors to assure time to hire metrics are met
* Lead pre- and post-employment onboarding/post-offer efforts related to drug screens, background checks, relocation, I-9, and E-Verify processes
* In collaboration with HRIS and outside vendors will generate and/or request, monthly or quarterly reports.
* Coordinate travel and skill assessments for candidates
* Serve as an active member of the Background Check Committee-providing flagged results, tracking trends and past practices
* Adhere to confidentiality and stay abreast of changes of pre-employment compliance
* Maintain folders and TAC manuals for post-offer, H1-B and Green-Cards (Immigration)
* Responsible for assessing and maintaining vendor partnerships, tracking budget spend, managing third-party service provider policy approvals and processing invoice/POs
* Serve as administrative support for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development teams
* Collaborate with other HR functional areas as needed to execute HR projects and initiatives.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Essential Characteristics and Competencies
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None
Required Education (certifications, licenses)

* Associate Degree required
* Minimum of Three years' experience working in an administrative support and/or coordinator function (preferably in a Human Resources or Operations environment)

Required knowledge, skill and abilities

* Advanced knowledge working in a Windows system; Word, Excel, and Outlook required
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System a plus
* Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a challenging and fast environment
* Exercise good judgment, organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and recognize matters requiring prompt attention

Physical demands, environment and schedule
  • * Work is performed in a shared, open-office environment
    * Flexible hybrid work hours (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)- Wednesdays mandatory work in the office for collaboration
    * Requires work during core business hours (8:30am-4:30pm) with occasional local travel to other satellite offices as needed
