Job Description
Radio Frequency/Signals Intelligence Analyst needed for a direct-hire opportunity with SOC's client to work in Hampton, Virginia.

Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph is required!

Responsibilities
In this role you will analyze highly complex and diverse mission areas requiring innovative solutions using intelligence analysis techniques, tradecraft, and tools. Additionally, you will conduct the following duties:
  • Possess technical capabilities to recover, understand, exploit and derive intelligence from foreign communications and signals related to military C4ISR, civil, industrial, commercial and personal applications.
  • Practice keys to success which include proactivity, initiative, creativity, and open mindedness
  • Possess working knowledge on 4G, 4G LTE, 5G, Radio Frequency (RF) and SATCOM Line of Sight (LOS) and Beyond LOS (BLOS) communications platforms, ground control stations and IP networks which operate throughout these environments.
  • Analyze data and results using technical electronic intelligence (ELINT) tools, techniques, and processes; create ELINT analysis reports.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with IC/DoD partners on a daily basis, ensuring effective and efficient progress on projects.
  • Execute target analysis and research to identify targets of interest.
  • Conduct operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, develop, and find mission-related targets.
  • Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities using various Critical Factor Analysis techniques.
  • Analyze data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.
  • Develop tailored access and exploitation strategies against targets of interest.
  • Create weaponeering solutions with known capabilities (existing and/or developmental) to meet operational requirements.
  • Analyze the customer tool to determine ease of use and areas of improvement.
  • Deliver customized Target/Technical solution via oral, visual, and written analytical products to support our client's requirements.

Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and be willing to pass an additional polygraph as required.
  • All potential applicants for this position must be willing to submit to periodic drug testing and a CI Scope Polygraph as a condition of employment
  • Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field with military intelligence training and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience with appropriate military and civilian training in the intelligence analysis field.
  • The intelligence analyst must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and work as a member of a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings in digestible terms.
  • Self- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team; who can organize and manage individual schedule.
  • Through the PM (project officer or site lead) share information, updates, and maintains files, SOP's, and calendars.
  • Experience in RF/SIGINT-related intelligence and operations is preferred.


Employment Pre-requisites
The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, and drug urinalysis.
