Position Title: Marketing Associate

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary: The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, this position will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and implement diverse marketing initiatives across various marketing channels within established timelines. (i.e., social media posts, brochures, collateral, decks, ads, trade show booths, website content, blog posts, SEO, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross - functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing projects.
  • Utilize HubSpot for marketing, website design/management, email design/management, contact management, and social media management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist with market research and new business development.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and ensure a positive brand representation during events.
  • Other Sales/Marketing administrative duties, as necessary.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.

Requires an in-depth working knowledge of Social Media Marketing and email marketing.

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills both internally and externally.

Team focused communication style.

Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues.

Strong initiative to address and solve problems.

Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, SEO, and/or website design.

Prior experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platform.


Physical Skills:

Sitting, standing, and walking in office, warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Ability to bend, lift, and position self to move about the office, as needed.

Required use of fingers and hands to operate a computer.

Vision abilities required by this position includes close and/or color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Very occasional travel required for in/out of town marketing related events. (Up to 2%)

Lifting and relocating up to 30 pounds marketing materials, as needed.
