Summary:

In this role, you will assist consultants in the areas of Indirect Spend. You will work with teams from Food Sourcing, Environmental Services (EVS), Laundry/Linen and others to assess, build, plan, and edit contracts. You will work closely with consultants as partners to determine budgetary impacts.

Responsibilities:

• Own project management of data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Interact with internal and external clients to resolve data issues related to business activities.

• Actively participate in the development and standardization of tools, methodologies, and procedures for data collection.

• Design, consolidate, and implement analytical tools to produce outcomes and identify solutions to complex problems supporting ongoing initiatives.

• Generate customer profiles by demographic and behavioral characteristics to drive accurate contract targeting based on specialties.

• Develop and maintain routine reports by extracting data from operational databases and interpretation of that data.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Strong customer service experience required.

• Strong analytical, database, and Excel spreadsheet skills highly preferred.

• Experience with the creation and execution of SQL queries a plus.

• Ability to create presentations and present in meetings.
