Job Description

FEC (Financial Economic Crimes) Wholesale and Rural Operations Data Specialist will be responsible for data quality and data delivery utilized to deliver critical internal and external reports. This position will be responsible for support of FEC Ops production activities including KPIs, KRIs, manager scorecard, and quality and throughput scoring. The position will be responsible for data integrity, system reconciliations, creating a data dictionary, and following up with process/system owners for corrective actions. The function will assist the FEC Data and Analytics team in their reporting function and serve as a backup resource for critical reporting needs

You and Your Job

As a FEC Operations Data Specialist you will be successful by maintaining the accuracy of the data used by FEC Ops.

Support of any ad hoc reporting deliverables as requested by FEC Ops Management (local and global). Document processes, validate completeness and accuracy of reports received.

Work with IT and business management to identify underlying processes, and to understand the flow of data between FEC OPs significant applications to ensure systems are functioning as designed to support the relevant operational processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of assigned duties and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintain data quality by work with system and process owners.
  • Create and maintain reporting to track KPIs and KRIs.
  • Deliver Wholesale and Rural client portfolio analytics.
  • Be able to work independently in a hybrid environment.

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience
  • Computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word.) and Power BI
  • Ability to manage data
  • Good analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (both interactive and written)
  • Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
