The Office Operations Specialist performs a variety of in-office administrative and mail room tasks which are a vital component of ensuring strong business continuity and that daily business operations are performed with timeliness and accuracy.

Office Operations Specialist performs administrative and mail room office task that are a vital component to business continuity and daily business operations.

The Office Operations Specialist not only supports the Rural Operations Team, but all departments which receive and send mail. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, processing and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail. Monitoring of 3rd party document storage and courier companies. Supporting the Facilities Team with back-up support, such as Reception Desk and Training Room set-up may also be necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receipt, tracking and monitoring of incoming and outgoing office mail, customer payment checks and loan or collateral documentation.
  • Printing, sorting and mailing of letters, loan documentation and other client related materials.
  • Shipping, receiving, filing and managing original documentation associated with archiving and storage to 3rd Party Vendor sites.
  • Operation of equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
  • Some support of Facilities staff and task, such as Reception Desk coverage and Training Room set-up.

  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Self-mange and Organization Skills
  • Experience working in fast paced environment.
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple task.
  • Experience in a financial institution preferred.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
