Director - Surgery & GI Service Line (Remote)

Periodic travel to all Mercy Communities required.

The Director, Specialty Service Lines is responsible for leading the implementation of service line initiatives and growth strategies. This position partners closely with the Service Line President, Regional Service Line Chairs, and operations leaders and supports the service lines in building brand-driven targeted growth. The Director, Specialty Service Lines is responsible for executing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the service line performance division. This role reports to the Service Line President and performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health or related field. Experience in lieu of degree as outlined below.

Experience:

* 5 years of related experience for those meeting degree requirements.
* In lieu of degree, 9 years of related experience will be considered.
