Job Description

The University Registrar, under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment, holds a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the University Registrar's office. This role entails strategic planning, organization, and evaluation of registrar services, ensuring seamless student enrollment processes and efficient utilization of the university's enrollment management system. Upholding the integrity and confidentiality of student records is paramount, along with providing accurate reports on enrollment.

The primary focus of this role is to facilitate student enrollment experiences from admission through graduation. Collaboration with various university departments such as Admissions, Student Financial Services, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs is crucial in developing and implementing policies and procedures for post-admissions enrollment activities.

Additionally, the Registrar spearheads innovative approaches to enrollment management and course registration, with an emphasis on user-friendly systems for students and staff alike. This includes enhancing online registration systems, self-service portals, and leveraging data analytics tools to analyze enrollment trends and improve recruitment and retention strategies. Automation of manual processes within the registrar's office is also a priority, utilizing advanced technologies to streamline administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

A master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 7 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Public Administration) is preferred.
*Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in partnership development, relationship management, or related roles.
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
*Proficiency in analyzing and evaluating the outcomes and impact of partnerships.
*Adept at building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
*Knowledge of the higher education landscape and the Greater St. Louis region is a plus
*Experience in higher education, corporate partnerships, and community engagement.
*Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance.
*Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
*Innovative and forward-thinking approach to partnership development.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $78,562 - $120,078 Annual
Grade: GGS-013
