Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for filling open positions within the Firm. This includes all full cycle responsibilities posting the positions, screening applicants, administering assessments, interviewing, and processing new hire paperwork. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop a pipeline of top candidates through various recruiting strategies and partner with the hiring managers to understand their current needs and priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting including positing open requisitions in the HRIS system, communicating with candidates appropriately, conducting phone interviews, scheduling onsite interviews and creating offer letters and hiring candidates in the HRIS system.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
  • Administer applicable assessments as part of the interview process.
  • Manage the agency relationships to augment staffing initiatives.
  • Make verbal and written job offers to the final candidate, resolve any final details with the job offer, hire the candidate in the system, and decline remaining candidates appropriately.
  • Schedule start date for new hires and communicate information to the appropriate teams.
  • Process background checks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A desire to deliver the best candidate experience and ability to collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated experience with passive sourcing and growing relationships with talent while using a variety of methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent working experience required.
  • 1+ years experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition required, 3+ years preferred.

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with UKG or iCIMS preferred.
