Our intern program will run from June 4-August 9. We are working in a hybrid work model, three days per week in person at the office listed.

Who we are looking for:

As an Art Director Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Art Direction/Creative team in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns across various platforms, including branded content, digital experiences and platforms, complete 360-degree advertising campaigns, and more. You will work closely with the Art Director and other members of the creative team to bring ideas to life.

What you'll do:
  • Assist the Art Direction/Creative team in the development of creative concepts and campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and other members of the creative team to bring ideas to life
  • Help to execute creative campaigns across various platforms, including branded content, digital experiences and platforms, complete 360-degree advertising campaigns, and more
  • Ensure that all creative output is on-brand and meets client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in art direction and design
  • Attend meetings and presentations as required
Who you are:
  • Passion and desire to pursue a career in the creative field (art direction, advertising, visual communications, design)
  • Ability to think creatively and enthusiasm for creating great creative work
  • Team player mentality and a positive attitude
  • Ability to jump in and help however you're needed
  • Sense of humor is a big plus
What you'll need:
  • A portfolio of clever creative work
  • Strong design skills that turn ideas into impactful and meaningful work
  • Thorough knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Knowledge in the Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of typography, in print and screen media
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of design and production
  • General understanding of social media platform constraints as they impact digital design
  • Experience with video editing, photography, and studio production a plus
