About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will find an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide senior level support to the Executive C-Suite team. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in a team environment. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer but will also provide support to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Executive Team as applicable.
Working within our constructive culture as the Executive Assistant, you will advance and develop your autonomy, mastery, and purpose, through coaching and leadership provided by your team leader.

In the role of Executive Assistant, you would be located at our Technology and Development Center/Manufacturing Center of Excellence that is located at our headquarters location in St. Louis, MO.
This role is 100% onsite with some flexibility for occasional work from home.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating efficient communication and coordination. You will act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to enhance the executives' effectiveness and productivity.
