Oncology Nurse Educator

Exciting opportunity for an oncology nurse educator with Amplity Health. Utilize your oncology nursing experience with a top organization. If you meet the below qualifications, please respond at once. Those with pharmaceutical oncology nurse educator experienced preferred. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $130K- $137K. Amplity Health offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, auto allowance, full benefit package, including 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, and generous PTO.

Principle Working Relationships/ Contacts:

Reports directly to Regional Nurse Manager working closely with other Clinical Nurse Educators and representatives with our client company. Maintaining a positive working relationship with key customer, and client team members.

Education/Experience:

Required:

  • RN with BS/BA Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Current License in good standing
  • 3+ years oncology nursing experience
  • Ability to meet travel demands within territory -approximately 80% field - 20% remote depending upon territory conditions.
  • Colleagues in customer-facing roles within our Commercial and Medical Solutions teams may be expected to maintain required credentials, including vaccination status. This ensures compliance with standards for patient and colleague safety

Preferred:

  • Previous field CNE experience
  • Previous pharma sales experience
  • Experience in injectables
  • OCN or AOCN
  • Recent experience with disease state
  • Involvement in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society)

  • Strong organizing/planning skills/disciplined, attention to details
  • Ability to perform administrative responsibilities accurately and on time

  • Excellent Judgment/ Decision Making skills
  • Computer Proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry a plus
  • Ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjusts priorities to meet organizational goals and objectives. Agility in multitasking
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Ability to read situations quickly, anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks
