Position Summary:

The Business Development Technology & Operations Specialist is responsible for aligning Marketing and Business Development team processes with technology requirements to ensure efficiency across the firm. This position helps manage the evolution of the firm's marketing and business development technology stack including marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) along with other applications based on new business/user requirements and identifying areas for process improvement. The Business Development Technology & Operations Specialist leads change management initiatives across the firm by regularly consulting with and training users, as well as continually driving the adoption of best practices.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with partners and Firm leadership to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into optimal business solutions
* Contribute to the establishment of a strategic roadmap and convert the roadmap into specific goals and objectives
* Lead the requirements analysis and business process engineering efforts, including facilitating group data gathering and decision-making sessions
* Map data flows that consider people-oriented processes alongside technology requirements
* Engage impacted stakeholders and communicate with leadership to drive alignment and decision making on process prioritization, problem identification, and solution design
* Understand issues to identify opportunities and risks to develop recommendations
* Develop and document current state and future processes
* Partner with internal firm departments (IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and external providers to ensure integration efficiency and effectiveness among business development systems and other firm applications
* Develop end-user training curriculum, including user guides, tutorials, and live training session

Job Specifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least five (5) years of related work experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) (Salesforce)
* Knowledge of marketing automation technology (e.g. Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, etc)
* Familiarity with data profiling, root cause analysis and quality improvement techniques
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities across multiple projects
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Expected Pay Range in Los Angeles $101,000 - $137,000
Expected Pay Range in Orange County $96,000 - $131,000
Expected Pay Range in New York, San Francisco & Silicon Valley $105,000 - $143,000


Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
