Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for someone to join our team in St. Louis, MO as a Practice Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining communication with higher education institutes, managing clerkship and training programs, preparing reports, and collaborating with medical staff and department leaders to enhance employee performance. Furthermore, you will oversee TMS clinical operations, work with Practice Management leadership, and establish communication with Brightli leaders and community partners for Consultation and Liaison services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with higher education institutes to coordinate clinical student training programs for all regions.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training programs and integration process for new medical providers.
  • Manage clerkship and training programs for medical students and Advanced Practice Registered Nursing students at our facilities, working closely with the universities' clinical education departments.
  • Prepare reports for individual providers and distribute to department leaders, as requested.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and department leaders to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities to enhance employee performance through additional training.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and support to clinical staff to assist in the achievement of department goals.
  • Maintain oversight of the TMS clinical operations to include scheduling training, monitoring utilization of systems, and work closely with other departments for education on treatment modality and referral processes.
  • Work with Practice Management leadership to establish and maintain clinical care pathways for psychiatry and addiction medicine clients.
  • Establish and maintain communication with Brightli leaders and community partners for Consultation and Liaison services.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices for the Brightli Medical Groups to share with the finance team on a monthly basis, and as needed.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.
  • Must be able to establish effective relationships via telephone and personal contacts.
  • Ability to follow direction and accept supervision.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
