As an Air Refueling Tanker Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will bring in-depth understanding and expertise of aerial refueling aircraft and operations to include aspects of intra-service, joint, and mission partner missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, expertise, and industry knowledge to guide research and development of detailed capabilities and supporting documents. Travel to client sites to meet with key stakeholders, facilitate working groups, and host information road shows.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with aerial refueling operations and systems
• 3+ years of experience as pilot or navigator on current generation aerial refueling aircraft
• Experience with requirements management and development
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with tanker weapons systems
• Experience working with program management offices
• Experience with DoD Acquisition processes
• Knowledge of performing analysis of alternatives
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a science or an engineering field preferred; Master's degree in a science or engineering field a plus

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
