The primary role of this position will be to lead the technical integration of the document management solution (iManage), lead the migration to cloud from on-premise and to collaborate closely with team members to understand business processes and requirements to ensure the delivery of successful, business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Take lead and ownership for seeing a project through the full SDLC and production maintenance
  • Communicate with internal customers, supervisor and management, using clear, user-friendly terminology (email, phone, meetings) dev-event management
  • Ability to learn and adhere to department standards for design, development and quality control
  • Assess customer requirements, clarify the client's system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of their business to formulate technical solution design
  • Conduct product demonstration in support of business cases, provide best-practice advice to business and function as trusted advisor
  • Build and deploy solutions in line with design specifications
  • Have ability to shift gears, prioritize & work effectively in an agile environment
  • Adhere to good development and best practices with an engineering mindset.
  • Create project deliverables such as presentations, build, deployment guides and task lists
  • Support iManage Integrations(e.g. DMS, Idol Indexers) and assist on resolving compatibility issues on migrating to iManage Cloud from on-premise
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current and trending technologies both internally and within the industry, and their applicability to the organization
  • Develop a close working relationship with Business, Product Owner and Support teams to foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Provide production support of existing iManage and related applications
  • Stay abreast of new technology and functionality in the Web development
  • Assist in migrating on-premise Web Application to Cloud native platform
  • Use Azure DevOps for SDLC process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required
  • 5+ years with Python, C#
  • 5+ years with iManage Technical setup and integrations
  • 7+ years of IIS, Tomcat/Apache setup, .Net/.Net Core
  • 3+ years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience using Azure DevOps CI/CD Workflow
  • Advanced SQL experience with a deep understanding of data normalization, transformation, and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience running, monitoring, and fine-tuning migrations at scale with on-premises and cloud environments
  • Experience handling sensitive data in heavily regulated industries while adhering to data security policies
  • Application integration and/or development skills using JavaScript, Python, REST APIs and experience with JSON
  • Implementation delivery skills, including the ability to install, deploy, validate, and troubleshoot multi-product solutions and integrate with other systems while following product best practices while prioritizing user and functional requirements
  • Strong technical skills including a working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and technical architecture principles
  • Experience working with Microsoft platforms and technologies including Azure as well as Virtual Desktop
  • Additional experience with the following a plus: Cloud Native Solution, Application Modernization and migrating to Azure from on-premise, Azure PaaS Service, Change Management Tools such as ServiceNow, iManage WorkSite Archive Manager, Export/Import document
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources
  • Superior interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources
  • Ability to learn and adhere to department standards for design, development and quality control
  • Self-starter; shows strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables and overcome issues
  • Able to take ownership and follow through with tasks until completion
  • Able to work independently and with team members (brainstorming, team building activities, etc.)
  • Strong documentation skills
