Reporting directly to the Segment Vice President, Finance, the Vice President, Finance (T&D Infrastructure) will serve as a key financial advisor to the Division President (T&D Infrastructure) and will be responsible for the accounting, financial reporting & controls, financial planning & analysis, operations, and commercial finance support for the T&D Components businesses.
The T&D Infrastructure business has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years through both organic growth and acquisitions. In 2023, the business recorded sales of approximately $1.5B.
The T&D Components SBU consists of businesses that design, manufacture and sell a wide variety of electrical distribution, transmission, and substation products for electric utilities in both the US and internationally.
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the T&D Infrastructure leadership team and help execute the profitable growth strategy of the business as well as be a key member of the HUS finance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, will be forward-thinking, innovative, and strategic, and have an ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to dive deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture will be critical to finding creative solutions and providing insights and recommendations to business partners. In addition to leading and developing a team of finance and accounting professionals across the T&D Infrastructure strategic business unit, an important aspect of this role is to partner with the various enterprise and segment shared service organizations to ensure accurate, timely, reliable financial accounting and reporting and a collaborative approach.
