SummaryLead the organization through a digital transformation journey of modernizing our ERP platform and processes while managing a high performing team of both technical and functional resources. Play a critical role as a liaison with business leaders across finance, operations, sales and CX to enable business processes & capabilities built to industry best practices. Responsible for establishing sound governance practices to address on-going business needs, continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to enable competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of technical and functional resources, including developers, analysts, and consultants.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the ERP implementation process.
  • Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation and future enhancements, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Address technical issues, system errors, and user concerns in a timely manner, leveraging both internal resources and external support when necessary.
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between ERP and other applications using integration reference architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system and support audit requirements.
  • Develop strategies for data migration, cleansing, and integration to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ERP system.
  • Implement change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system across the organization.
  • Oversee relationships with ERP vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Direct the operations for ERP implementation and maintenance/upgrades.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Computer and Information Science or Bachelors Related Field required
  • Masters Business Administration/Management preferred
  • 8+ Years Hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • 4+ Years experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including technical and functional resources, in a complex IT environment
  • Proven expertise in change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and user adoption initiatives
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems architecture, configuration, and integration principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in ERP implementation and management
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes across various functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources, with the ability to align ERP solutions with business requirements
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and execute a roadmap for ERP implementation aligned with business objectives
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and build a positive work culture within the ERP implementation team.

Additional Requirements

  • 20% Occasional visits to manufacturing facilities. May have more visits during implementation phase.

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
