All About You

The Internal Operations Intern will assist with several aspects of the operation of the Athletics Department including reading, writing, and research projects with the Compliance Office, departmental administrative projects and tasks, and daily facilities tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the compliance office with the reading and interpretation of NCAA rules and bylaws.

  • Assist the compliance office with basic research projects.

  • Assist the compliance office with the completion of NCAA waivers.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Assist the Facility and Events Manager with daily tasks.

  • Other administrative projects and tasks including creating and updating spreadsheets, and revising departmental policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Excellent reading, writing, and research skills.

  • This position will include a combination of office hours throughout the week and will involve necessary coverage for athletic events throughout the year including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications -An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)

  • Bachelor's Degree required, experience in athletics operations preferred.
