The Role:

  • Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home setting
  • Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Maintain a caseload of minimum of 24 billable hours per week
  • Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change
  • Create Individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
  • Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas
  • Attend all agency, department, and client specific meetings as directed
  • Participate in on-going professional training

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy
  • Current BCBA License/Certification
  • Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
