Responsible for leading managers that manage a team of highly skilled, highly motived staff of Client Onboarding Analysts while managing the day-to-day quality and execution of client onboarding, periodic and other reviews, as well as other AML-KYC activities that are completed in the operations. This role will be responsible for both Rural and Wholesale business COB/AML-KYC execution activities that are completed in the North American Operations team. Responsible for the overall supervision of the assigned department team(s) including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and compliance oversight.

As a Head of Client Due Diligence (CDD), NA, you will be successful in leading the Client Due Diligence department to complete reviews timely with compliance to Rabobank's Client Due Diligence Standards.
Your teams will be responsible for all of the various steps within the Client Due Diligence process. You will be lead 4 to 6 managers of teams executing this function. The client portfolio will include both Rural and Wholesale operations.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
