Keeley Restoration Services offers a variety of high-quality services to renew deteriorated concrete to its original state. The team prides themselves on bringing life back to buildings and structures, maintaining their lifespan, and reducing the impact on the environment in the process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the concrete restoration branch, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to develop proactive strategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to overall company growth and expansion efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and professional concrete frame project management experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in a managerial role within the construction industry, specifically in concrete restoration.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and restoration methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
