The Senior Director Market Access will be a hands-on leader responsible for all short and long-term strategies, programs, and tactics associated with Curium's product portfolio in the US, in collaboration with VP Market Access and our partners. This role will report VP of Market Access and will be a key member of the leadership team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing assessment of all products and market strategies to secure and maintain optimal market access to Curium products by collaborating with key stakeholders in the US, while ensuring alignment with global strategy.
The Senior Director Market Access will lead cross functional efforts in collaboration with several departments including but not limited to Marketing; Sales; Medical Affairs; Communications and Patient Advocacy; Legal; Compliance; Regulatory; and Curium commercial partners to develop strategies, tactics and programs, in support of establishing and maintaining appropriate access to Curium products with payers, providers, patients, and trade customers. This individual will also be responsible for informing Market Access strategy and analysis for pipeline assets and provide input to budget and staffing needs/requirements.
The candidate must be able to operate as a leader in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality and timing of the deliverables. Success will require the individual to have relevant oncology, urology, and radiopharmaceutical launch experience both in the diagnostic and theragnostic areas with the ability develop strong cross-functional relationships to effectively influence decision-making across the organization.
