Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a District Service Manager in the Kansas City or St. Louis, MO area. This position is regional and will cover Dealer and KMBS Direct locations within the territory of Missouri, Kentucky and Illinois.

The primary function of the District Service Manager is to be the escalation point for Konica Minolta technology products including Multi Functional Devices and Production Print equipment for our service entities. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively resolve challenges and communicate and document the status of resolution to all stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Support and champion Konica Minolta products and services in dealerships within the assigned region
  • Assist the servicing entity with diagnosing equipment issues including Multi Functional Devices, Production Print products, software / driver applications
  • Responsible to travel to Dealers within territory (at least 80%)
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on KM Policies and equipment for the servicing partner.
  • Produce reports and equipment analysis at each dealer visit as it relates to performance in the field
  • Exhibit strong technical knowledge and presentation skills in training sessions and workshops on current and updated products and services
  • Possess business acumen and strategy to consult with dealers to optimize results
  • Work closely with internal technical, engineering and field service staff to define, communicate and resolve potential issues
  • Support equipment within field Branch requests as needed
  • Communicate regularly with sales and solutions counterparts to educate on Dealer information, needs and feedback

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant office equipment experience
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred
  • Comptia A+ and Network/Security certifications are a plus
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation and valid drivers' license. Air travel may also be required within territory.
