• Gather data, update and present information to cross functional teams
• Work with the other team members to develop and execute daily and 90-day plans.
• In partnership with the rest of the Leadership Team:
  • Analyze Business Unit performance and plan/direct short-term, mid-term and long-term activities to address variances and drive improvements
  • Drive results and achieve the annual targets assigned to the Business Unit
• Conduct and participate in continuous improvement activities,
• Ensure that the line teams and line leadership are engaged and participate in continuous improvement activities as well as the development of standards and training materials.
• Cross train and be able to fill in for other LST members.
• Provide functional expertise and support
• Independently identify improvement opportunities, design projects to capitalize on those opportunities, lead cross-functional teams to implement projects and build sustainable systems to ensure improvements are anchored in place.
