Job Description

Reporting to the Brand Manager - Development, you will identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers, interpret market data to take advantage of opportunities, design solution to address consumer demand and minimize adverse trends and use evidence-based approach to define 3-5 year growth strategies. You will guide brand development projects from idea to execution through stage gate process and be the project integrator, leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a variety of cross-functional teams for the business in order to deliver your strategies and short and long-term goals. Leverages data driven demand signals to generate business growth opportunities

  • Support the Strat Plan Cycle

  • Lead brand restage opportunities

  • Develop margin accretive innovation pipeline for the customer. Leads innovation initiatives, line extensions, and innovation sizing

  • Support shopper marketing initiatives

  • Assess the competitive landscape and translate implications to the business


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years of work / intern experience in brand marketing or related field. Background in Consumer Goods (CPG) strongly preferred

  • Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry

  • Experience in company asset base for innovation

  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives that have been realized and contributed significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue and volume growth, and operational efficiencies

  • Experience anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies that address them proactively

  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape with the ability to translate the implications to the business

  • Experience working in a matrix environment or Center of Excellence business models and can demonstrate aptitude for building productive, cross-functional teams that drive to specific medium- and long-range goals
