THE ROLE: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Presidio is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our East Coast team. Must be able to work 10am-7pm EST.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Presidio Field Service main point of contact for customer over the lifetime of the project.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones to meet project deadlines.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation as needed and distribute to the field resources.
  • Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the Presidio Field Service team and customer team to create rollout schedules based on geographical needs, blackout dates, and time restrictions set by customers.
  • Host daily/weekly project status meetings both internal and customer facing.
  • Produce project P&L reports and project exception reporting.
  • Process project invoicing and Project Change order as specified in the project SOW.
  • Responsible for knowledge transfer across all teams and maintaining client satisfaction through the life of the project.

Required Skills: 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with interpersonal and presentation skills including client-facing consulting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills; detailed oriented.
  • Self-motivated and desire to succeed.
  • Previous experience (CAT5e & CAT6) and fiber (Single & Multi-Mode) cabling (preferred).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.
