Position Details

First Bank is seeking a Wealth Planning Associate. The Wealth Planning Associate role is a sales support position, providing support to multiple Advisors on the Wealth Management team. This individual will be passionate about wealth planning, coordination with various advisors, and providing the best customer service to our clients.

Job Description

  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis
  • Conduct analyses on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions
  • Coordination between Advisors and clients to meet analytical requirements and timeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Assist Wealth Management Advisors with creating financial plans, wealth plans, and retirement strategies
  • Demonstrate thorough ability and knowledge of financial reporting methodologies and tools.
  • Drive research analysis independently with directional guidance from Leadership.
  • Maintain/Optimize tools/reports to provide for meaningful financial analysis.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and building relationships.
What Do You Need for this Position?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and relationship skills and someone who is self-motivated and possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must be a Certified Financial Planner
  • Investment license is a plus
  • Experience with Moneyguide pro and Naviplan are preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in Wealth or Financial planning preferably with a wealth management team or other large financial advisory firm
