Position Details

SUMMARY

Our Premier Center Manager plans, directs and manages the business development and expansion of tiered business and consumer clients of 2-5 assigned branches. Primary focus is to direct-call the aforementioned clients in order to grow revenue and increase household portfolios through all levels of lending, depository services, wealth/brokerage and treasury management products through a needs based sales approach.

What You Will Be Doing

SALES

  • Provide advice and problem resolution to Business and High Value clients, via banking solutions and partnerships with other key Centers of Influence (COI); Business Clients will have annual sales up to $10 million and the High Value Retail clients will be identified by the profitability associated with the household; key solutions provided will be real estate lending, lines of credit, depository services, credit cards and wealth introductions
  • Spends a majority of the day in the field direct-calling clients, prospects and COIs; attends local community events and is involved with organizations to promote First Bank and to generate leads to drive business into the Bank
  • Develops and implements a marketing plan to increase household's growth and introduction of tiered clients from assigned HUB location
  • Manages the relationship with both internal and external business partnerships and Center of Influence; keeps them informed of all Bank promotions or special offers to generate referrals and introductions to prospects
  • Reviews weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor referrals, opportunities and sales goal achievements; adapts changes to ensure the correct marketing is in place for continued success
  • Supports and is active in all Company sales promotions, utilizes and is proficient in internal sales systems, maintains a positive cross sell ratio and demonstrates a positive sales attitude and approach.
  • Monitors the competitive environment by staying abreast of changes in the local markets and with its competitor's rates and services. Informs Regional Manager of any changes that may impact the brand

SERVICE

  • Addresses and resolves clients' concerns and inquires promptly and accurately. Responsible for developing and retaining branch clients through a focused needs based sales approach
  • Encourages the use of alternative delivery systems such as ATM, ITM, Debit Cards, Client Contact Center, Remote, Online and Mobile Banking. Cross sells and upgrades all Treasury Management products and services
  • Responsible for the proper onboarding of all new clients brought into the Bank and for ensuring existing client's needs are met and exceeded
  • Meet established Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) hours
  • Adheres to the guidelines set forth by First Bank
What Do You Need for this Position?
  • High School diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years previous financial services/banking or senior level sales position; or equivalent combination of education and successful experience
  • Experience and proficiency in successful sales management to include planning, goal setting, tracking, reporting and selling
  • An ability to review, understand, and evaluate both Corporate and Individual Tax Returns, required
  • Must be registered under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or become registered upon hire
  • Multi-lingual, a real plus
