About the role:

The Business Process Analyst II will maintain and manage business systems and improve efficiencies. This role will work with various business units within Retirement Operations to identify areas for improvement including conducting analysis to determine best solutions and helping the business units to implement in order to build scale and realize savings. The Business Process Analyst II will be accountable to provide procedural improvement capabilities and continuous improvement to enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of the business.

What you will be doing:

* Manage several mid-large size projects that create efficiencies within the Retirement Operations organization

* Provide Lean Six Sigma coaching to other leaders and associates within the Retirement Operations organization

* Articulate business needs and translate them into solutions

* Conduct analysis and reporting in support of general business operations and special projects/initiatives

* Communicate effectively with technical and business staff

* Provide transparency in project processes and exercise sound judgement to effectively anticipate and mitigate major risks to the project

* Effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and communicate needs

What you bring:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of related work experience

  • Retirement Operations experience, preferred

  • Must have proven success in process improvement

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Change Management

Added bonus if you have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

  • Agile Certification
