Be an expert on client business beyond creative challenges
An experienced presenter responsible for high-level presentations and frequent client contact
Be highly verse in both copy and design and able to articulate opportunities for improvement in both areas
Continue to contribute ideas and executions as a working art director/copywriter
Oversee and lead brainstorming sessions
Ensure team stays fresh and on top of emerging trends
Oversee day-to-day strategy/concepting/executions (as determined by the CD)
Assure work meets high conceptual standard
Assist in managing creative workflow, timelines and budgets
Assist planning/account teams in developing strategy and briefs where applicable
Assist account team in selling in creative both pre- and post-presentation
The Team
Work in partnership with Account team members to maintain healthy, creative team environment
Support CD in solving internal problems as needed
Help new creatives learn and integrate into New Honor Society systems and team structure
Provide insight, motivation, encouragement and criticism to creatives as needed, and encourage their professional growth
Write and administer employee reviews
Support the CD in all things
The Agency
Keep eye out for incremental business opportunities (new revenue, new clients, new resources…)
Contribute to new business pitches as needed
Assist in recruitment of new talent and act as ambassador for the agency
Lead by example (through respect, communication, accountability, use of resources, creativity)
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS:
Actively aware of emerging technology
Proven track record of professionalism and leadership abilities
Ability to effectively lead and grow teams alongside CD’s vision,
Construct and deliver effective performance evaluations, utilizing constructive criticism, where necessary
6+ years progressive design experience, including 2+ years as a senior-level creative
